Supporting adults and families through the diagnostic process from the beginning and beyond
SUMMIT offers a professional advocacy and support navigation service.
SUMMIT are independent and work solely on the behalf of the people that use their service, ensuring there is no conflict of interest with funders and other service providers.
Summit support people who may have been referred for an assessment of Autism, helping them to engage in the process and ensuring their voice is heard. Whilst people are waiting for a diagnosis SUMMIT can work in partnership with them to help resolve any problems they may be experiencing now in their day to day lives.
SUMMIT also support people who may have recently been diagnosed and are experiencing barriers accessing the services they need to lead a better life.
Summit also provide information and guidance to families and facilitate support groups.
