We are writing to inform you of an important development within the Tilbury Chadwell Primary Care Network (PCN) from the 1st April 2025. To enhance patient care and strengthen our ability to deliver progressive healthcare services, the following practices, Oddfellows Hall Health Centre, Milton Road Surgery and Thurrock Health Centre will be moving under the umbrella of Tilbury Chadwell PCN.
